• Legal Requirements: When required by law or court order

Who Cannot Access Your Information

• Third-party marketers or advertisers
• Data brokers or analytics firms (except for aggregate, anonymized analytics)
• Anyone outside your explicitly approved family group

• Encryption: All data transmitted over HTTPS with end-to-end encryption for sensitive operations

• Active Accounts: Data retained while your account is active

• After Account Deletion: All personal data deleted within 30 days (see Delete Account for details)
• Backup Data: May be retained for up to 90 days in secure backups for disaster recovery

• Privacy Mode: Temporarily disable location sharing while maintaining other app features

• Emergency SOS: When you trigger an emergency alert, your real-time location is immediately shared with family members
• Alert Responses: We record who responded to your alert and when (for audit trail purposes)
• Audio Alerts: Emergency notifications may include audio/vibration to ensure awareness
• Third-Party Services: In true emergencies, authorities may be contacted with location data

BLYNEST operates globally using Google Cloud infrastructure. Your data may be processed and stored in multiple countries. By using BLYNEST, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence.

All international transfers comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations.
